It is a wide front model, similar to the earlier “20.”
Has a new design seat and seat bracket.
DECALS: Two on the Left and Right side, the back of the Seat, and the Steering Wheel
FRONT TIRE: 7x1 1/2” rib tread, flat face, plain
REAR TIRE: 12x1 3/4” lug tread, plain
FRONT RIM: Plastic, no longer has a lip around the axle hole, with hat shaped pushnut
REAR RIM: High Ridge with low dome hubcap
HUB: Small hub with small plastic bearing
CHAIN: Regular with chain guard
PEDALS: Ertl embossed with hat shaped pushnut
STEERING WHEEL: Black Plastic
SEAT BRACKET: New style with holes for adjusting seat
SEAT: Plastic, with new way of attaching seat
HITCH: Current style hitch pin
